Faucet Paused
We're upgrading the PEN VIP Faucet
Daily PC claims are temporarily paused while we tighten the
infrastructure behind the faucet's reward pool and restore normal funding.
What happened
A third-party service in our gas-collection pipeline was
compromised. What it affected was Pentagon's own reward funding
— the collected gas we set aside to finance faucet rewards. No user funds
were ever pooled there. We're reviewing recovery options and tightening the
surrounding infrastructure before claims resume.
Your wallet, your PEN, and your VIP tier were not involved.
Every reward already claimed was paid in full. Nothing was taken from users,
and no action is needed on your side.
Restoring rewards
The shortfall is ours to absorb, and we're covering it. We're
weighing how best to refill the reward pool — either by rebuilding it over
time, or by directing a share of future gas revenue toward it so rewards can
keep running while recovery continues.
Those decisions aren't final yet, and we'll share specifics
once they are.
Your loyalty streak is safe. Held PEN keeps counting toward
your tier and loyalty points while the faucet is paused.

On timing: our earlier end-of-September estimate has moved.
How quickly rewards return depends on how recovery progresses, so we're not
putting a firm date on it — we'd rather keep you updated honestly than
miss another one. We'll post progress here and in Discord as it develops.
